Nose not only has an important functional role,

which are Softxil and the regular Silicone.  The difference

between Softxil and the regular Silicone are:

First, the feeling after the surgery of using Softcxil is soft

and regular silicone is harder.  Second, the Silicone visibility.

 Softcxil is not visible and using regular silicone that

maybe you can see it.  About the temperature change,

Softcxil is irrelevant to temperature change and using

the regular silicone that the skin colour may have

changing depends on the weather.
